This sets the baseline. Regulated sectors carry an additional compliance loading, which you will see itemised in the estimate.

The 24-hour on-site commitment for hardware applies on all three.

Annual escalation on multi-year agreements is capped at CPI plus two percent, and is stated in the agreement before you sign it.
