The fee is charged per branch. Volume rates apply automatically from the second branch onward.

Infrastructure monitoring runs continuously on every agreement. This setting decides when a human responds.

Cover hours

The 24-hour on-site commitment for hardware applies on all three.

Business hours07:00–18:00 SAST, Mon–Fri. Included in the base fee. Extended hours06:00–22:00 SAST, Mon–Sat. Retail, logistics, shift work. Continuous24/7/365 including public holidays. Hospitals, plants, data centres.

Response times on every level

Critical incidents get a first response in 15 minutes and a target resolution in 4 hours. Miss it and you receive an automatic service credit. The full table is on the IT department page.

How long do you want to commit for?

Longer terms cost less because they let us plan capacity properly. You can start month to month and convert later at any time.

Exit assistance of 30 days is included on every term.

Month to month30 days’ notice either way. Once-off onboarding of R18 000 per branch. 12 months7.5% off the monthly fee. Onboarding waived. 24 months12% off the monthly fee. Onboarding waived.

Annual escalation on multi-year agreements is capped at CPI plus two percent, and is stated in the agreement before you sign it.
